Han AI Business is sold in three tiers. Pricing is set; the price is the price. Onboarding is paid once at engagement; the monthly fee is billed monthly in advance.

What every tier includes

  • A dedicated Ubuntu VPS provisioned for you.
  • The full Han AI operating system — runtime, dashboard, reverse proxy, TLS.
  • A dedicated Telegram bot you own, with voice-message transcription.
  • An Airtable base built from the canonical template.
  • Premium PDF generation in six styles.
  • Daily reflection loop and daily tenant brief.
  • Dashboard at <your-id>.hanai.systems.
  • Token meter with 80% alerting.
  • A signed contract pack — MSA, DPA, AUP, AI Use Disclosure, SOW.
  • Free runtime updates for the duration of your subscription.

What scales with tier

  • Operator — standard onboarding, business-hours support, no strategic review cadence.
  • Business — same plus heavier token budget, faster support response, optional quarterly strategy review.
  • Multi-brand — unlimited token budget, priority support, dedicated Telegram channel with Han Studios, quarterly strategy review included, custom agent configuration.

Founding tenant offer

For the first three Business-tier clients only: $2,900/month locked for twelve months at the standard $2,500 onboarding. In exchange we use the engagement as a case study (named or anonymised — your choice). Founding badge on the dashboard. Direct line to Han for the first ninety days.

After the three founding slots are filled, full pricing only.

What is not negotiable

  • The price is the price. Anyone who walks at $1,500/month is not the customer.
  • No “let me try it cheaper”. A thirty-day pilot is available at full price with a clear opt-out, but the price doesn’t move.
  • No marketing-in-kind. We don’t trade scope for promotion.

What is negotiable

  • Annual prepay — 10% off if you pay annually upfront.
  • Scope — we can reduce scope to fit your need; we don’t reduce price.

Pass-through costs

Where a third-party service is required for your engagement (your own SMTP provider, an external API, hosting upgrades), those costs pass through at cost plus the handling percentage stated in your SOW (default 20%). Pass-throughs above USD 250 are notified before they are incurred. See MSA §4.5.

Capacity

We run an explicit cap on new clients to protect operational maturity. When the cap is hit, new prospects join a waitlist for the next quarter. Current quarter’s cap is shown at hanai.systems.

What’s not included

  • Strategy. Han AI executes; you decide.
  • Hand-built integrations beyond the scope in your SOW. Additional integrations are quoted as a change order.
  • Hardware you manage. The VPS is provisioned for you.

For principals and family offices
